I lost him in Kinsale as I watched the ship sail
And heard the sea calling my sweetheart away

He called me last night in my dreams and spoke to me like an old friend
And I was not afraid to hear him say my name but it made me shiver just the same
And what I remember of that dream was when he held my hand
Then he took me home home to another land

Brand New Ford

I opened my eyes in shocked surprise on the day that it arrived
I couldn't believe after all this time I finally got my prize
I doubled my shift and worked all night till I was dead on my feet
Now thanks to dear old Henry my life's about complete

My life's fairly simple I don't need much at all

I got retro style whitewall tyres even got a big tail fin

Motorvating down the highway waving to the friends I know
